The Leggera range has long been recognised for being lightweight, compact, and—above all—reliable, and the Leggera AIR 260 DA proudly carries that reputation forward.
Designed to fit a wide variety of motorhomes and panel vans, the Dometic Leggera AIR 260 DA is perfect for travellers who want the freedom to leave their awning pitched while they head out for the day. Connecting and disconnecting couldn’t be quicker—simply fasten or release the webbing straps. For those seeking additional security, pre-fitted Limpet™ attachment points provide extra anchoring options. The adjustable connecting tunnel fits vehicle heights between 220–300 cm, with integrated straps allowing you to fine-tune the fit for a secure and tailored connection. Weighing just 17.4 kg, the Leggera AIR 260 DA is both easy to set up and highly compact for transport and storage.
The awning is constructed from Dometic’s Weathershield™ 150D fabric, an impressively lightweight polyester material weighing just 130 g/m². This makes pitching and packing away exceptionally fast and manageable. Despite its low weight, the fabric is highly durable and resistant to the elements, delivering strong performance without compromise. With waterproof testing up to 200 litres of water per hour per m², Weathershield™ 150D provides dependable weather protection in a variety of conditions.
Externally, the Leggera AIR 260 DA features doors on both sides of the main awning body and connecting tunnel, giving you multiple access points and flexible pitching options. For added stability in harsher weather, the supplied storm straps attach quickly and securely. Apex Ventilation points can be opened to promote airflow, helping reduce condensation and maintaining a comfortable climate inside.
Inside, you'll find 240cm of depth with an impressive 210cm internal height, giving you ample space to create a setup that suits your needs. A divider wall separates the tunnel from the main living area—ideal for retaining warmth or creating a more enclosed space. Internal blinds let you adjust the amount of natural light, while the front window can be unzipped at the sides to transform the awning into a canopy for open-fronted shelter.
Setting up the Leggera AIR 260 DA is refreshingly simple. Just inflate the two air beams to form the main structure, peg out the corners and guy lines for stability, and then connect the awning to your vehicle using the adjustable webbing straps. Within minutes, you’ll have a secure, well-pitched awning ready to enjoy - with no fuss.
